This timeless Mediterranean-style home in Palm Beach was originally built in 1924 and attributed to renowned architect Addison Mizner. The house needed a significant renovation, and the client wanted Wadia Associates to retain the original features while updating the plan for modern living.

Much of the front elevation remains unchanged while the rear portion of the house added a loggia near the pool to extend to indoor living space into the backyard. The guest house was completely renovated, and additional living space was added to the first and second floors.

The sympathetic renovation respects the original design intent and brings this historic home into the modern era, incorporating transitional furnishings and décor.
